Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77sg Casino ("77sg", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://77sg.net and all associated services, games, features, and content offered through that platform (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. • You must not have been previously banned or suspended from the 77sg Platform for violation of these Terms.

77sg reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or Voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 77sg Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices are used.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are obligated to promptly update your account information in the event of any change. 77sg is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

The registration process includes a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification step. You will be required to submit a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of payment method. 77sg may request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.

By registering, you confirm that:

• All information provided during registration is truthful and accurate;
• You are registering for personal, non-commercial purposes;
• You will not allow any third party to access or use your account;
• You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any security codes associated with your account. You must not disclose these credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify 77sg immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your account or any other security breach. 77sg will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to notify us in a timely manner or where the unauthorised access resulted from your own negligence.

77sg employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the Platform. However, no system is entirely immune from security threats, and you acknowledge that you use the Platform at your own risk with respect to matters beyond 77sg's reasonable control.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 77sg Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within your account settings.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Online, and Metrobank online banking.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 77sg wallet within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. 77sg is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to full KYC verification. Unverified accounts will not be able to process withdrawals.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 77sg account.
• Any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6 before withdrawal is permitted.
• 77sg reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within a few business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.
• 77sg reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending investigation where fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

Bonuses & Promotions

77sg offers various promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are awarded at the sole discretion of 77sg and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "playthrough requirement") that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived funds or winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated for each individual promotion.
• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time account holders only. Claiming a welcome bonus through multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
• Bonus funds and the winnings generated from them are subject to maximum withdrawal caps where stated in the specific promotion terms.

• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses expire within thirty (30) calendar days of being credited to your account. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

Game Rules & Fairness

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77sg Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your identity or age;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker, live dealer, or sports betting contexts;
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same offer;
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or e-wallet provider after depositing funds on the Platform;
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games;
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake on the Platform;
• Money laundering: Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose;
• Underage gambling: Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by any person under 21.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 77sg Platform — including but not limited to the 77sg name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77sg or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 77sg;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software used on the Platform;
• Use the 77sg name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies affiliation or endorsement without written authorisation;
• Create derivative works based on any 77sg content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 77sg, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your participation in games or wagering activities on the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 77sg's reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, or regulatory actions);
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game odds, payout tables, or promotional information that result from technical malfunction.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 77sg's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

Suspension & Termination

77sg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• A regulatory direction or legal obligation to close the account;
• Inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Upon account closure for reasons attributable to a breach of these Terms, 77sg reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., self-exclusion or voluntary closure), any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following a final compliance review.

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting the 77sg support team. Please note that self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. 77sg also operates within the oversight and complaints framework of PAGCOR, and you may escalate unresolved regulatory complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with their published procedures.
